Senior Document Controller

About the Role:

A leader in infrastructure solutions is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our dynamic team based in the West Midlands.

As a key member of the Design and Build Framework lot, you’ll play a pivotal role in combining expertise in design, construction, and consultancy to execute renewal and refurbishment projects. This full-time hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformative project within a supportive team environment. 

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years of document control experience in an engineering or technical setting, ideally within consultancy or project-based environments.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiently use Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and IT.
  • Exhibit extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices, preferably with experience in the water industry.
  • Commit to championing sustainability, safety, health, and the environment. Dedicate themselves to integrity and customer focus.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements related to document control.
  • Thorough knowledge of using EDMS systems and IT.
  • Extensive technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practices. Experience in the water industry.
  • A commitment to championing Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment.

These roles are predominantly located framework-wide, encompassing areas such as Spernal, Frankley, and Batch 16, covering Bromsgrove, Bulkington, West Malvern, Hallow, and Stoke Prior.
