Senior Administrator

Morson are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator based in Studley, West Midlands for a long term contract starting ASAP.

Provide effective operational and strategic support to the Programme Lead and the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring accurate and timely actions and outputs.

Central point of contact and trusted advisor for the Programme Director, Senior Leadership Teams, Functional and Project Managers.

Ensuring the continual development of key working relationships with client, stakeholder and partner leadership teams by maintaining and nurturing key working relationships with colleagues both internally and externally.

Work in collaboration with project managers and function leads to determine resource requirements and ensure projects are efficiently resourced. Ensuring projects forecast and plan resources effectively to support current and future projects, liaising with senior management teams to evaluate and advise on the wider workforce requirements across the Framework.

Ensure resource planning decisions consider all aspects of the project being resourced plus the implications and impact on wider programme of works across the Framework. Including analysing and interrogating workforce requirements against programme needs ensuring efficient use of current workforce and effective recruitment and the active pursuit of redeployment opportunities for surplus resources.

Deliver and analyse data for reporting by collating and managing resource and workforce data, providing information and feedback on resource requirements and transfer and redeployment activities.

Management of monthly submissions required for reporting, by coordinating and helping senior management with Board reports.

Management and supervision of EDI & Social Value activities and internal communications.

Actively pursue the continuous improvement of the resource planning process. Responsible for supporting and leading identified business improvement projects and management initiatives.

Involvement in senior management meetings and strategic business development sessions contributing to overall business strategy.

Management of multiple diaries, prioritising and delegating meetings and appointments to ensure most effect use of time for the Programme Lead and SLT.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to engage and communicate with a wide range of people externally and internally., Ability to work in a complex structure., Well organised with excellent planning and time-management skills, Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications., A highly competent written and verbal communicator., Able to demonstrate skills in operational efficiency, the development of first-class working relationships and the delivery of exceptional support services.
