Composite Laminators & Trimmers

Morson Talent are currently working closely with a key F1 supplier in West Sussex who are looking for multiple Composite Technicians 
 

• 10 Composite Laminators
• 8 Composite Fitters / Assemblers / Trimmers
• Shifts: Days, Nights or Weekends
• 6 Month initial contracts with potential for extension further for the right candidates
• £22.00 LTD per hour LTD (Days) or £24.00 LTD per hour LTD (Nights & Weekends)
• 50 + hours per week and overtime available 
• ASAP Start available 

Requirements:

• Candidates require Motorsport / F1 Experience as 
• Proven experience as a Composite Laminator within the motorsport.
• Familiarity with composite materials and processes.
• Proficiency in composite layup techniques and autoclave processes.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality, defect-free components.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for precision fitting and trimming.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices for composite fitting.
• Willingness to adapt to new techniques and technologies in the field.
