Digital Campaigns Marketing Manager – Up to £40,000 | London (Hybrid, 2-3 Days a Week)
We’re currently on the lookout for a Digital Campaigns Marketing Manager to play a key role in audience acquisition, partner marketing, and membership sales, for one of our global marketing clients.
The Role
You’ll plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, working closely with customer success, sales, and marketing teams. You’ll ensure smooth execution of partner marketing initiatives and drive demand generation for premium services and membership products.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to drive engagement and results.
✅ Partner Marketing – Support sales and customer success teams in developing and managing partner campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
✅ Performance Tracking & Optimisation – Analyse campaign performance, monitor key KPIs (ROAS, conversion rates), and implement data-driven improvements.
✅ Stakeholder Management – Work with internal teams (studio, copywriting, media, analytics) and external partners to align on campaign objectives and execution.
✅ Best Practices & Innovation – Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously test and refine strategies, and share insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Experience in digital marketing campaign management, with expertise in email, social media, paid media, and digital platforms.
✔ Strong ability to manage the creation of marketing assets and oversee content distribution.
✔ Data-driven mindset – experience in tracking, analysing, and optimising campaign performance.
✔ Excellent project management skills – organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present strategies clearly.
✔ Experience with A/B testing, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
