Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Rate: £12 - £14PH

Contract: 6 weeks

Start date: 6th Jan 2025

Location: Ashbourne

Role Objective: Join our clients customer service team where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of their customer operations..

What You’ll Do

  • Answer customer questions via phone and email promptly and professionally.
  • Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers on how to use our products/services and provide helpful tips.
  • Work with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first attitude with the ability to empathise and stay patient.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
