£30,000.00 - £38,000.00 Per annum

Job Duties:

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  • Conduct formal meetings and hearings as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR team to promote positive employee relations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification.
  • Experience working in a unionised environment.
  • Training in conflict resolution.

Working Conditions:

  • Based on-site wiht some flexibility to hybrid working
  • Standard working hours with potential for flexibility.
