Semi Skilled Operative

Morson is delighted to be working in partnership with a market leading defence organisation to recruit a Production Operative for an initial 6 Month duration in Filton. There is a rate of £20.76 PAYE Per Hour on offer for standard hours and all overtime will be paid at £16.61 PAYE Per Hour. It would be a 35 hour, 4 day working week (Monday to Thursday) with the Hours being 7:00am to 4:15pm.

To operate as a multi-skilled, flexible worker to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency. To have a wide knowledge of the use of hand tools and machine tools including :

· Deburring of structures

· Paint touch up and cleaning requiring

· Part making

· Treatment touch-up in localised areas on Aluminium

· Sealant application

· Pressure testing

- Bolting
