Morson Talent is Hiring: Avionic Fitter – Aircraft Electrical, Avionic, and Mission Systems Maintenance
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract Type: Full-Time, Ongoing

Are you an experienced Avionic Fitter looking to make an impact in aviation maintenance and repair? We are seeking skilled professionals to carry out maintenance, modifications, and repairs on aircraft electrical, avionic, and mission systems, ensuring safe and timely aircraft delivery to customers and end-users.

Purpose of the Position:

• Perform maintenance, modifications, and repairs on aircraft systems in accordance with work card instructions and relevant controlled technical documentation.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Support the safe and compliant completion of maintenance under the supervision of a Technician or Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks on aircraft/components as per approved documentation.
• Assist in delivering aircraft to Customer flight operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Work in line with company procedures, including tool control, document control, system updates, and certification requirements.
• Participate in On-The-Job Training (OJT) delivery as needed.
• Conduct FOD and Bay checks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support additional customer deliverables as required.

• Technical:

  • Strong knowledge of IFS, Windchill (PLM), and other maintenance systems.
  • Proficient in interpreting aircraft technical data sets, including wiring diagrams.
  • Competent in engineering hand skills and computer literacy.

Education & Qualifications:

• GCSEs or High School Equivalent
• NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent
• Valid Driving Licence
• Continuation Training (EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety, Working at Heights)
• IPAF Certified - Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWP)

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation engineering, focusing on maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft/components.
• Experience in both Line and Depth maintenance.
• Desirable: Experience with Bombardier Global type (BD700), modification installation, and military environments.

Additional Requirements:

• Experience working and living in the UAE.
• UAE Driving Licence.
