What we do
Our Pathfinders Academy is a new approach to talent acquisition, development & retention. We build a future pipeline for organisations whilst retaining entry and junior-level talent without an impact on delivery cadence.
We work directly with organisations to assess their critical skills gaps and create bespoke training programmes to equip candidates with the technical expertise required by the business.
At the Pathfinders Academy we make sure that we understand our client’s current and emerging talent requirements. We then source candidates through a variety of channels, including our specialist recruiters, community partners, networks, and diversity channels, ensuring we identify people from a diverse range of backgrounds with the aptitude, attitude and ambition to succeed.
We develop those candidates, giving them the skills they need to be deployed in clients’ businesses, and we continue to support both the business and the candidate as they travel on the deployment, retention and talent realisation journey.
