Communications Lead

We seek a Communications Lead to work within the Aerospace sector in Belfast. 

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU 
• Need a hands-on comms candidate who has extensive change comms experience.
• Able to build out comms and mobilise a contract.
• Supporting an Mergers and Acuisitions communications process.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / PROVEN ABILITY 

• Proven ability in communications (internal, external, community relationship.
• Ideally have Mergers & Acquisitions comms environment, transformation and change ability.
• Comms plan definition and execution.
• Strategic thinking while able to act and implement quickly.
• Ability to connect easily to different stakeholders across functions and divisions.
• Excellent writing skills and content creation skills.
• Understanding of media  and ability to engage effectively with them.
• Understanding of community relations and ability to engage effectively with a wide range of neighbours.
• Understanding of internal communications channels and ability to effectively engage with colleagues from across the business.
