Morson are currently supporting the recruitment of a PMO within a global leader in aircraft seating and interior systems. You would be required to support delivery across a portfolio of complex engineering and manufacturing programmes at their Cwmbran facility. We’re ideally looking for a candidate with a background as a PMO supporting governance, planning, and coordination within a similar engineering environment.

They need urgent support to help with concessions and permit management. Therefore, they are raising this role as an initial 2-month contract but may need further support beyond this. The role will be based full time on site in Cwmbran, with overtime and weekend work also available. We can pay a rate of £24 per hour PAYE or £32.73 per hour Umbrella for this role inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project governance and reporting across with concessions and permit management.
• Monitor and manage key project metrics: timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and trackers.
• Support resource planning and production capacity monitoring.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure compliance with concessions and permits.

Requirements

• Experience as a PMO within complex manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Working knowledge of project tools such as MS Project, Excel, Power BI, or Primavera.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, from shopfloor to senior management.
• Experience of concessions and permit management.
• Aerospace sector experience is highly desirable.

Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work, suitable candidates will be BPSS cleared or eligible for this level of clearance before starting on site
