Job Type: Contract currently running until 31/03/2025 with potential for extension

Morson Talent are currently seeking Avionic and Mechanical Supervisors to work on the Chinook aircraft based at RAF Odiham.

Job Duties:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of avionic and mechanical technicians
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Overseeing maintenance, repair, and installation of avionic and mechanical systems
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Training and mentoring junior staff members

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Avionic or Mechanical Supervisor
• Knowledge of aerospace and aviation regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Applicants must have held authorisations as a Supervisor and a Mk4 Chinook Q Course although MK3 Q may be considered
