About the Role:
Morson Talent is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Planner Assistant to support rotary aircraft operations in Shrewsbury. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all aircraft maintenance activities are planned and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and planning of aircraft maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and operational demands.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure resources, materials, and manpower are available for scheduled maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including updates to maintenance management systems.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Support the team in tracking aircraft maintenance progress and adjusting schedules as necessary to meet operational needs.
Ensure adherence to all relevant safety and quality standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in an aircraft maintenance planning or related role, ideally within rotary aviation.
Strong understanding of aviation maintenance regulations and procedures.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desirable Skills:

Experience in rotary aviation maintenance planning.
Knowledge of CAA regulations related to aircraft maintenance.
