Morson are recruiting a HR Manager for a mainly remote working 3 - 6 month contract with our Midlands based client. There might be some travel to site but most of the work can be done remotely.
Candidates will preferably be SC cleared or have had SC in the past and will have experience off HR processes with a UK MOD or FSC business.
The HR Manager review and update company policies and procedures in line with current IPSA requirements and support the business in development of the processes and available resources to succesfully gain compliance with the IPSA processes.
The HR Manager will have excellent communication skillls and be confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
The HR Manager will also update documentation utilising online services where possible (ie Docusign/Sharepoint Workflows) to ensure compliance thresholds are met.
The role will also involve devloping and updating induction processes to meet all current IPSA requirements.
