Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated FM (Facilities Management) Administrator to join our team in Warrington. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting our facilities management operations by overseeing task management system activities and ensuring seamless coordination between our team and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Task Management: Monitor and manage the task management system to ensure all jobs are logged and tracked effectively.
Vendor Coordination: Assign tasks to vendors, ensuring clarity on job details and timelines.
Documentation Management: Follow up with vendors to obtain necessary paperwork, including job completion reports and compliance documents.
Status Tracking: Regularly update the task management system with job progress and status updates.
Communication: Liaise with internal teams and vendors to address queries and resolve issues promptly.
Compliance: Ensure that all paperwork meets required standards and is filed appropriately.
Reporting: Generate reports from the task management system as required by management.
Requirements:

Previous experience in facilities management or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
Proficiency in task management systems and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
