We are seeking a Administrator to join a busy self-delivery project team and assist with a backlog of administrative tasks. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient and timely delivery of project milestones. You will collaborate closely with the site management team to provide essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and file plant operator assessments and related documents.
  • Print and display wellbeing posters and other project materials.
  • Enter data for driver assessments and upload brake test results (conducted every six weeks).
  • Manage administrative tasks such as requesting and uploading temporary works numbers, work package plans, and inspection/test plans.
  • Participate in continuous improvement meetings, updating processes and preparing user guidance notes.
  • Provide support for document scanning, SharePoint restructuring, and filing non-revisable documents.
