Project Electrician - Substations

Morson Talent require a Project Electrician to carry out all aspects of electrical installation work in accordance with the CDM regulations, scope, design, method statements, risk assessments and safe working practices. MUST have experience working with Substations. Electrical construction works must be carried out in a safe, timely and cost efficient manner. At all times maintaining a high level of quality, in order to pass inspection, testing and commissioning into service.

Location of work: Bury St Edmunds & all over East Anglia 

Essential Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience working with Substations
• Proven experience in electrical power construction projects
• Previous transportation work environment experience
• Proven CDM Health, Safety and Environmental experience and knowledge
• Energetic and hardworking individual with an ability to work in teams
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Proven drive and ability to work to tight deadlines to achieve project objectives
• City and Guilds 2380 IEE Wiring Regulations, 18th Edition.
• City and Guilds Certificates A, B & C in Electrical Installation Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation and/or servicing & maintenance work.
• Experience in using MS applications, i.e. Word and Excel 
• Full clean driving licence
