Interior Architect (Technical)

We’re thrilled to be recruiting for a prestigious multi-disciplinary client involved in a significant government framework project. We are seeking skilled mid-weight technical professionals (Architects, Architectural Technicians, Technologists, and Interior Designers) who bring a strong interior-focused skill set.

This is a unique chance to contribute to high-impact fit-out projects as part of a 6-year framework. The initial 6-month contract has excellent potential for renewal, thanks to an expanding pipeline of exciting work.

What You’ll Bring:
Revit Skills: A must-have for this role.
Building Regulations Expertise: Essential for effective project delivery.
Material & Specification Knowledge: A strong understanding of technical specifications and materials.
Refurbishment Experience: Previous work on existing structures, such as ceilings, is required.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to liaise with MEP teams and adapt to complex building features.
Clearance Requirements: Candidates must either hold or be eligible for BSPP clearance, which requires UK residency without absences exceeding 6 months in the past 2 years.
3D Software Skills: Proficiency is desirable.
Workplace Sector Experience: Preferred but not mandatory.
Fabrication Knowledge: Familiarity with fabrication processes is an advantage.
