Mechanical BIM Supervisor

Location: Shotton Mill, Weightbridge Road, Deeside
Duration: 10 Months (Until Feb 2026)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Mechanical BIM Supervisor to manage and coordinate BIM processes for mechanical systems on a large-scale project. You’ll ensure model accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM models for HVAC, firefighting, sanitary water, and cooling pipework.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure constructability.
• Maintain BIM documentation and enforce best practices.
• Provide technical support and resolve design discrepancies.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BIM, or related field.
• Proven BIM coordination experience in large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of UK mechanical standards, codes, and BIM protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Must have a valid permit to work in the UK.
