Senior Commercial Manager

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead our commercial team within the Healthcare PFI sector. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Facilities Management (FM) and Construction to ensure project profitability, enhance team capabilities, and foster strong client and stakeholder relationships. The role involves overseeing commercial management of FM services, lifecycle, and CAPEX works, supporting project operations, and collaborating closely with the finance team to achieve financial and contractual success. You will be instrumental in resolving disputes, driving innovation, and shaping the future of healthcare infrastructure through strategic leadership.

Expertise in commercial management of FM and construction works

Proficiency in contract practice and administration

Strong project finance control and risk management abilities
Competence in data management
Experience in maintenance management
Proven track record in work progress supervision and procurement
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Software/Tools:

Proficiency with CAFM systems
Advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with digital tools for project delivery
Certifications & Standards:

Bachelors degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or facilities management
Professional certifications such as RICS are highly desirable
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management within Healthcare PFI contracts and facilities management
