Role description:
Working in the Pan-European and UK Technical Due Diligence Team within the Lenders, Investors and Insurers Team, we require a Contract Manager to lead, coordinate and support principally on Reliance Letters but also supporting on matters such as Engagement Letters, Framework Agreements and NDA’s, in addition to providing adhoc leasing support to our Technical Team.
A full-time role supporting our growing dynamic due diligence team of circa 35+, and working on some of the largest property transactions.
The nature of this varied role, working on fast-track commissions is such that flexibility is required and a willingness to support on occasions, outside of core working hours to ensure that client and delivery deadlines are met.
The role requires an individual with strong interpersonal and organisation skills with an attention for detail, and able to act responsively in an often-fast paced environment. Additionally, the individual should have a “can do” attitude with the ability to support on multiple projects simultaneously ensuring successful delivery to our clients.
- Strong academic background; preferably a 2:1 Degree/Graduate Diploma in Law or equivalent and Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualified or FCILEX.
- Previous paralegal experience ideally in Commercial Real Estate
- Management/Commercial Property or Conveyancing.
- Due diligence and document review.
- Proof-reading
- Demonstrate effective communication and management skills.
- Competent user of Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organised and can operate independently under a broad direction.
- A team player who can develop and maintain good relationships and gain the confidence of others both within the Company and outside.
