Site Agent - Highways

Location: Manchester City Centre

Duration: 10 months

Rates: £350.00 - £400.00 per day CIS

My client is looking for an experienced Site Agent with a Highways background for a national highway’s role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with designers and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Coordinate with utility services and establish site offices and compounds.
• Take ownership of project delivery and quality standards, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Site Agent required for National Highways framework, with the attached remit.
• Planning and programming schemes of varying value from £20k to about £3m.
• Civil engineering works (kerbs, footways, drainage) carryout Principal Contractor duties, managing sub-contractors.

Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid
