Site Manager - Planned Works

Anderselite is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee kitchen and bathroom installations for a maintenance contractor that delivers work for a housing provider in the Middlesbrough area.

Key Details:

Location: Within 10 miles of Middlesbrough
Duration: 3 months initially, with potential for extension
Rate: Up to £220 per day (PAYE only, no CIS)

Requirements:

SMSTS
First Aid
Proven experience in delivering planned works in social housing.
Strong leadership skills to manage in-house trades and subcontractors
Expertise in kitchen and bathroom installations
Ability to coordinate and oversee specialist work

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of kitchen and bathroom installations
Manage a team of in-house trades professionals
Coordinate with a small number of subcontractors for specialist work
Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
Maintain health and safety standards on-site
Liaise with the client and other stakeholders as needed

The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful project delivery in social housing or similar environments.
