General Operative (Counterbalance) - Day Work
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking General Operative with Counterbalance experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in a variety of essential tasks, including deep cleaning, groundworks, painting, and supporting general maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deep cleaning of cement and other surfaces
Groundworks and basic construction duties
Painting and general site maintenance
Operating counterbalance forklift as required
Supporting general site tasks as directed by the site supervisor
Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance forklift license
Full, clean UK driving license
Previous experience in a similar general operative or construction role preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Working Hours:
Day shifts
Monday to Friday
