We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead a multi-discipline team in an on-site role, supporting the UKs Ministry of Defence (MOD) infrastructure upgrade programme. This role is pivotal in executing site construction works safely and efficiently to support both warship and submarine programmes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CDM regulations, construction, and health and safety legislation. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder and supplier meetings, integrating project delivery methods, and maintaining a focus on nuclear safety and design intent. You will also develop and mentor the construction delivery team and champion a robust safety culture.

Please note this role is for Night Shifts.
12 hour shifts
4 days on, 4 days off.
The rate will be x1.33 for weekday nights, x1.5 for Saturdays, 2x for Sundays.
