Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Advisor to join our team and ensure the highest standards of health and safety are upheld across our operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing and creating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), overseeing the construction phase plans, and collating essential health and safety file information. You will provide expert advice and guidance on health and safety practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and internal standards. This role involves conducting site audits, safety inspections, and developing policies to promote a positive health and safety culture within the organisation. You will also be responsible for investigating incidents, conducting risk assessments, and liaising with regulatory authorities as needed.

Skills:
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
Ability to review and create RAMS
Experience in reviewing construction phase plans
Excellent communication and advisory skills
Proficiency in conducting site safety audits
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to investigate incidents and produce detailed reports
Experience in developing health and safety policies
