- Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm (30 minutes lunch)
Our client is a leading telecommunications business who supply services to a variety of sectors, including Highways.
They currently require a Contract Coordinator to join their team based in Wednesbury, Sandwell to provide administrative support to their contract managers on a variety of projects across the West Midlands.
Responsibilities:
- To provide Administrative Support, fault coordination, engineer tasking and day to day administration support
- Liaise with Customers and Engineers on a daily basis
- Good telephone manner
- General Office Processes & Procedures
- Work as part of a team
- Ability to work towards KPI’s and strict SLA’s
Experience:
- IT skills such as Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience of Oracle desirable
- First Aid at Work
- Monitor faults and trends
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Fault Management Systems
- Liaise with Engineers to issue faults and receive repair details
- Liaise with Third Party companies to arrange works
- Experience working on a faults management system (desirable)
