Architectural Technician/ Technologist

Anderselite are looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a small and busy practice in the Bristol area. 

The practice works predominantly in the residential and housing sectors across the whole of southern England and Wales and are passionate about making sure that their projects are well crafted and detailed to a high standard.

Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 2 years experience, post qualification, working on technical stages of residential and housing projects for housing developers. Below is a list of ideal skills and abilities that candidates should have:

· A good understanding and working knowledge of Technical Working drawings, Technical Detailing and UK Statutory Regulations.

· Strong and clear technical and graphic communication skills.

· High proficiency in AutoCAD.

· A high standard of written and spoken English.

· A team player who efficiently manages their time, deadlines, and workload.

· A confident communicator who can build strong working relationships within our team and fellow trades.

· Due to the locations of many of their projects, the candidate should possess a valid driving license and their own vehicle. 

Applicants should ideally have obtained a BSc in Architectural Technology or other architectural qualification to display a working knowledge of construction detailing, drafting and UK Building Regulations. 

Salary dependent on experience and skill set but will be competitive as well as including benefits package and training.
