Opportunity for a Landscape Architect/ Senior Landscape Architect to join a growing team in Cheltenham;

The role
To Prepare illustrative design information working through all the RIBA stages including landscape strategy plans and landscape masterplans, to support a range of developments, from concept design to detailed working drawings.
Provide input for Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA’s), landscape planning documents and design & access statements.
Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications, including detailed planting plans for planning purposes and for implementation of external landscape works on site.
Work with colleagues to establish the landscape design team as a place of design excellence.
Represent the company at meetings, public consultations and exhibitions with colleagues.
Undertake site visits.
Their requirements
Bachelors degree, Diploma or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture
Chartered Landscape Architect (Senior grade) or working towards this (Architect grade)
Working knowledge of our software tools- AutoCAD/ Vectorworks/ Keyscape and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to research and to write high quality reports (demonstrated through your work experience)
Experience in collaborative working, with good people skills and able to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and colleagues
