Architectural Technician

Anderselite are working with a respected multi-disciplinary practice to find an experienced Architectural Technician to join their Manchester studio who work predominantly in the commercial sector.

This role is focused on BIM methodologies, producing detailed design drawings, 3D models, technical reports, and coordinating with both internal teams and external consultants.

What they’re looking for:

- Min. 5 years job-running experience across RIBA Stages 0–7
- Strong AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Solid understanding of BIM processes
- Great communication and teamworking skills
- Knowledge of modern construction methods
- CIAT membership desirable
- Retrofit experience a bonus
