Quantity Surveyor – Industrial/Warehouse - South Manchester - £50-52,000 salary plus Car Allowance.

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in South Manchester. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £52,000. The successful candidate will work on projects involving industrial units, warehouses, and sheds within the Construction Industry.

You will be responsible for managing and controlling all aspects of the commercial, financial, and contractual elements of the projects to maximise profitability.

Key duties include cost control, resource forecasting, subcontract management, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and valuations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in similar roles within the construction sector and possess excellent commercial acumen and communication skills.
