We are working with a well-established multidisciplinary practice based in South Manchester, specialising in architecture, engineering, and energy. Their architectural team has developed a strong reputation through a deep focus on design and its impact on clients. Their core philosophy is to articulate a vision through design, creating high-quality and cohesive schemes that bring clients ideas to life in an organic and practical way.

The Role:

We are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Technician with strong technical expertise to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality architectural projects across a variety of sectors, including hotels, science and research, data centres, and residential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of technical drawings and construction packages.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed designs.
• Ensure designs comply with UK building regulations and planning policies.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Provide Revit-based solutions to support the team in delivering innovative and efficient designs.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Experience working as an Architectural Technician within a UK-based architectural practice.
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.
