Contracts Manager

Job Title: Contracts Manager
Type: Permanent
Location: Northwest Region (Liverpool, Preston & Wigan)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Contracts Manager to join a reputable regional contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects across the Northwest region, spanning highways, groundworks, sewers and bulk excavations.
This role will involve site and office-based duties with the flexibility to orientate your schedule to your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the direction of each project ensuring the clients specifications are met.
• Collaborating with clients, sub-contractors, and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Managing project documentation and ensuring it is accurate and up to date.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Manage labourers, site managers, subcontractors and coordinate the works.
• Ensuring that all key deadlines are achieved.
• Ensuring full adherence and compliance with Health and Safety

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
• Experience in managing projects involving heavy soiling, bulk excavations and groundworks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel across the Northwest region as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a civil engineering contractor with a turnover in excess of £10m. Your projects will be restricted to t he North West region.
