Project Architect

Anderselite are looking for an experienced Project Architect or Architectural Technologist/ Technician for a Kidderminster based client to act as account manager for a long-established key client account.  This client have a regional framework agreement with the client, covering South Wales and Central UK. Work includes new build, refurbishment, MOJ and MOD projects across multiple sites, from strategic planning to construction and completion and the position involves oversight of a small team of staff and liaison with the Client, contractors, and consultant teams.  

The successful candidate will be able to communicate well with client and contractors and ensure the team deliver quality designs and technical information.  You should have a good knowledge of Building Regulations and the Planning System with a working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (use of Revit is ideal, but not essential). You must also be able to Job Run - this is essential for this role. 

Your role will include ensuring the client are optimising available opportunities within the framework by establishing good client relationships and monitoring the framework portal.
