Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specialising in the rail and civil engineering sector. The role involves working on diverse projects, including asset management of stations and structures, with a focus on civil and building asset management. You will be responsible for commercial management tasks, such as overseeing the application of NEC3/4 contracts, managing final accounts, and addressing structural defects. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and optimising commercial outcomes. A background in rail infrastructure or civil engineering is essential, along with a strong grasp of commercial management and asset management principles.
