Role Requirements/Expectations:

I as currently working with a design led Architectural Practice based in the centre of Leeds who are looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their team. With award-winning buildings across the UK and a portfolio of fresh projects in Healthcare and Commercial, they are currently looking for candidates that have experience leading large scale projects from conception to completion.

Qualifications:

• 5 years post-RIBA Qualified Experience
• Good levels of Revit experience is highly advantageous, however, training will be provided
• Proficient in statutory & regulatory requirements 
• Excellent design sense, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is useful
• Ability to liaise directly with clients in a professional manner
• Site experience
• Good technical skills (Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is desirable but not essential)
• Great commitment
• Excellent communication skills
