Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is a dynamic building, project and sustainability consultancy providing quality commercial advice to clients throughout the UK and Worldwide. Their client base includes property companies and developers, investment and pension funds, banks and financial institutions, Agents and solicitors, healthcare, and private occupiers.

They have an ever-expanding team based across 6 offices in the UK and due to an increase in their current workload are looking for either a newly Chartered Building Surveyor or a Senior Building Surveyor to join their current team based in Leeds.

They have a good mix of professional and project work on and are looking for someone who has ideally gained good, rounded experience across all aspects of Building Surveying.

Desired Experience

- Technical Due Diligence Building Surveys
- Condition Surveys / Schedules of Condition
- Feasibility Studies / Project Costs Budgeting
- Contract Administration / Project management
- Dilapidations

Qualifications

- Degree Qualified
- Ideally MRICS or the relevant level of previous experience
