Managing Quantity Surveyor with refurbishment, cut and carve experience needed for main contractor based in London. The ideal person will have experience of overseeing multiple projects and experience leading a team of QSs & SQSs across multiple projects reporting into them, an industry relevant degree would be advantegous along with a working knowledge of multiple forms of contracts. Project values typcially would be up to £25m.
Our client is a well established reputable contractor within the refurbishment sector turning over around £50m and this opportunity is a permanent role paying between £85,000 to £100,000 + travel and benefits.
Summary
Managing Quantity Surveyors in this role are responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment, restoration, cut and carve projects in Central London. They manage a team of QSs & SQSs, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and possess a strong understanding of various contract forms.
