Senior Architectural Technologist

About the Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced, talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join a successful and expanding architectural practice. This role is ideal for those looking to contribute to a dynamic team and work on projects across the UK in a range of sectors, including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, and Offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients and contractors from feasibility through to project delivery on site.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications in line with project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and external consultants to develop and refine project designs.
• Ensure compliance with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
• Produce planning and construction documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as required.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an architectural practice, with a strong technical background.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Excellent technical and job running skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
