Senior Planner

Senior Planner required for a blue chip main contractor with firm roots in the UK. Operating across education, commercial and residential sectors. They have more prestigious project wins on frameworks and now require a high calibre planner to join their Solihull based team.

The Role
To maintain, review and administer construction programmes and schedules
Produce programmes for contract requirements.
Assist and liaise with the co-ordination of work activity with external contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
Produce programme information to support bids and live construction projects
Liaise with manager’s engineer’s external contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to review the progress of projects and address issues
Liaise and co-ordinate work activity with external contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
Present information in meetings
Identifying programme risks and problem solving

About You
Previous Construction Planning Experience, ideally 3 to 5 years experience.
Ideally site experience.
Ideally have previous sector experience
Experienced user of P6 is essential
Ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
