Client Accountant Lead

Anderselite are recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate services firm for a Client Accountant Lead to join the UK Asset Services Client Accounts team. This key role acts as the “face of accounts”, managing a high-profile client portfolio, providing financial analysis, resolving complex issues, and mentoring property accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality accounting services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the main accounting contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis, reporting, and problem resolution.
• Support and develop Property Accountants, driving service excellence.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3+ years’ experience in property finance or client money management.
✔ Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Experience with property management accounting systems (Yardi is a plus).
✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
