About the Role:
We are working with a contractor that are seeking a qualified and experienced Plumber to join their team, they specialise in the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems within domestic social housing.
Key Responsibilities:
Bathroom and Shower Installation: Install and refurbish bathrooms and showers, ensuring all plumbing work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard.
Sink and Tap Fitting: Fit and install sinks and taps, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with regulations.
Radiator Installation: Install and maintain radiators, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Plumbing Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing systems, addressing any issues promptly.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with tenants and clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Plumbing Qualification: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
Experience: Proven experience in plumbing installations and maintenance, particularly within domestic social housing.
Driving License: Valid driver’s license is essential.
Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
