Job Type:            Contract Roles
Start Date:        April-June 2025
Pay Rate:           £18.00 - £24.00 Per Hour (Negotiable Based on Experience and Pay Type)

Anderselite are looking to speak with Loading Shovel Drivers / Loading Shovel Operators across the Midlands area, due to upcoming works with our clients in the Aggregates sector.

Successful candidate will have previously worked as a Loading Shovel Drivers / Loading Shovel Operator transporting materials safely and efficiently, in a similar working environment across Aggregates, Building Material, Manufacturing, Production, Construction, Logistics, holding a valid Loading Shovel Licence.

Work may be based at multiple locations over the coming summer months, based on client needs.

Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Operate the loading shovel in a safe and efficient manner
  • Transport materials to feed screens, bins and hoppers
  • Load and unload materials as required
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on the machine
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times
  • Report any issues or faults promptly

Candidates will ideally:

  • Hold a valid CPCS or NPORS Loading Shovel Licence
  • Previous experience working as a Loading Shovel Driver / Loading Shovel Operator
  • Have an understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Be punctual, reliable with good communication skills
