  • Location: Bootle, Liverpool
  • Working hours: 7am - 4pm/8am - 5pm
  • Rate: £11.54 p/h PAYE or £14.31 p/h Umbrella PAYE

Our client are a leading energy company that specialise in projects across the engineering sector.

They currently require a Logistics Administrator to join their team based in Liverpool and provide day to day stock management within the metering business ensuring that it operates profitably.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the ordering process & volume requirement for stock on metering.
  • Forecast to the client future stock requirements on a weekly basis for a rolling twelve months
  • Monitor the stock system to identify areas of improvement
  • Monitor productivity reports to allow adjustment to auto replenishments of stock
  • Order consumable items & tools for the metering workforce
  • Produce weekly MI and distribute to support logistics contract KPIs
  • Produce monthly logistics related MI to include in the over MI pack to the client
  • Validate Eon recharges for tools, PPE and consumables purchased
  • Reconcile annual stock takes, liaise with operational teams and logistics provider to validate our stock position
  • Liaise with recruitment to establish new starter uniform / PPE requirement – order, pack and distribute
  • Order replenishment clothing / PPE / tools
  • Establishing robust business processes and systems for areas of responsibility.  This includes that we can track all assets and consumables in the end to end process.
  • Delivery of SLA’s / KPIs.
  • Provide technical advice and support as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven high level communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of health & safety and quality management.
  • A degree of commercial awareness.
  • Good appreciation of statutory framework in H&S law, employment law, etc.
  • Strong client and customer focus.
