Job Title: Site Supervisor 

Location: Devenport, Plymouth
Salary: £35-50 per hour
Job Type: Contract, 10 Hour Days, Inside IR35

Job Description
We are seeking a highly x 2 motivated Site Supervisors, 1 x with a strong Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) background and 1 x all-rounder to join our client. The successful candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Leadership: Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company and industry standards.

Health & Safety: Enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations, conducting regular toolbox talks and risk assessments.

Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, addressing any issues to maintain high standards.

Resource Management: Oversee materials, equipment, and workforce planning to meet project requirements.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including daily site logs, progress reports, and incident reports.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record as a Site Supervisor or similar role, with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical projects.

Qualifications:
Valid CSCS Card (Gold or above preferred).
SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
Relevant M&E qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds).
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of M&E systems, schematics, and industry best practices.
Health & Safety: Familiarity with HSE regulations and standards.
IT Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools and MS Office Suite.
Driving License: A valid UK driving license.

Desirable Skills:
First Aid certification.
Experience working on large-scale or commercial projects.
Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).
