What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing expert assurance across process and concept designs, ensuring compliance with the TOTEX hierarchy.
- Driving technical excellence while balancing risk, cost, and sustainability.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to challenge the norm, promote innovation, and deliver high-performing solutions.
- Ensuring rigorous technical governance throughout the project lifecycle.

About You:
- Chartered Engineer with extensive industry experience.
- Strong background in water and wastewater process engineering.
- A proven leader in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments with excellent influencing and communication skills.
- Adept at balancing technical scrutiny with collaborative problem-solving.
- Experience with project gateways, regulated environments, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Desirable:
- Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., APM).
- Experience in off-site builds and operational/maintenance environments.
- Familiarity with low-carbon design principles and TOTEX-focused strategies.
