Project Manager – Civil and Water Sectors
Location: Manchester
Salary: £70,000 to £75,000 per annum plus package – medical, car allowance etc
Type: Full Time - Permanent

An established privately owned Infrastructure specialist is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join permanently and lead the delivery of multiple civil and water projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, safety compliance, and maximum commercial performance. Including collaboration with design teams, site staff, and surveyors to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage project costs, reporting, and forecasts deliver projects from design to completion.
• Oversee planning, budget monitoring, and risk management.
• Lead site meetings, ensuring clear records and actionable outcomes.
• Develop cost-effective engineering solutions meeting client needs.
• Maintain construction programs, site records, and documentation.
• Promote safety, environmental compliance, and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and liaise with regulatory bodies.
• Ensure timely submission of as-built records and handover materials.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and Primavera P6.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver civil/water projects independently.
• CSCS Manager’s Card, SMSTS certification.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
