We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Systems Specialist on a 2 year fixed term contract. Based at our Capenhurst site, your focus will be maintaining global standards, driving continuous improvement and ensuring that the global implementation of the Success Factors Recruitment & Onboarding module continues to support the overarching business goals.

What you’ll do:
- Supports site leads with implementing the solution locally and impart SME knowledge
- Responsible for working with site leads to agree the design and review the workbooks
- Takes decisions to make the design global and escalates designs to the program manager or process owner when required
- Validates the solution design and validates feedback from the site leads ahead of submission for a change
- Supports in validating feedback in UAT and defining whether it’s a defect or a change
What do you need to thrive in this role
- Maintain governance structures to ensure global process consistency and adherence to global ways of working.
- Evaluate the performance and effectiveness of global TA processes within Success Factors. Gather local SME feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Initiate and document change requests for system enhancements and collaborate with the HRIS team to understand if these can be delivered
- Work with the HRIS team to understand the bi-annual Success factors release updates and what changes Urenco will want to adopt. This includes supporting on UAT for any system updates and providing a global template to support aligned communication of the changes / updates.
- Develop and maintain global training materials, guides, and documentation, ensuring that all supporting process guidance and documentation is updated following any changes to the system and process off the back any system updates or any continuous improvement activities
- Ensure that all sites are adhering to the global ways of working
- Act as a bridge between local and global needs, ensuring that local requirements are incorporated where feasible without compromising global ways of working
- Provide support for complex process issues escalated by Local SMEs
- Manage global reporting updates to leadership and analyse global metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide local support to Capenhurst around workforce planning and Early Career activities
