Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a half-hour unpaid break)
On-Call: Out of Hours, 1 in 6 weeks (Friday 5:00 PM to Friday 8:00 AM)
Vehicle & Fuel Card: Provided (individual’s email required for setup)

The role is a Temporary to Permanent position with long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to perform both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks, along with minor fabric works as required, within the Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) scope. You will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems are functioning properly, meeting safety and quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Reactive Maintenance: Respond to and resolve electrical faults and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• PPMs: Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment as scheduled, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Minor Fabric Works: Assist with minor fabric repairs as part of the wider M&E team, including electrical-related works such as lighting, wiring, and general repairs.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all work complies with current health and safety regulations, carrying out tasks in a safe manner and ensuring the safety of others around you.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work completed, including reports, timesheets, and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider M&E team to ensure seamless service delivery, providing support where necessary.
• On-Call Duty: Provide out-of-hours on-call cover on a 1 in 6-week rotation, from Friday 5:00 PM to Friday 8:00 AM, to address any urgent electrical issues.
• Vehicle & Fuel Card: A company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for work-related travel.

• 18th Edition Qualified: Essential for carrying out electrical installations and maintenance to the latest standards.
