Project Administrator

Document Controller
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Document Controller. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to specific projects, ensuring seamless document control and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive document control support for assigned projects, utilizing Projectwise to track and manage documentation
- Assist in project setup and closeout procedures, including creating and maintaining online project folders and submitting closeout documents
- Manage purchase orders for offices and project teams using SAP, OneSRM, and MyMall
- Maintain day-to-day operational processes, including holiday and whereabouts lists, to ensure smooth section operations
- Assist in preparing client reports and other project-related documents
- Support the Project and Office Manager in setting up and decommissioning project site offices
Administrative Support:
- Coordinate meetings, room bookings, and refreshments for project teams, ensuring exceptional visitor and client experience
- Perform general housekeeping, safety, and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Distribute mail and perform other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
- Provide backup support to the Office Manager and assist with general duties
- Offer cover for other projects as requested, including holiday cover
- Assist Receptionists and Administrators as necessary to ensure seamless team operations
Requirements:
- Proficient working knowledge of Projectwise and other document management systems
- Experience with SAP, OneSRM, and MyMall (or similar systems)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with project teams, clients, and visitors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
