Key Skills:
Candidates shall be highly proficient in IT and primarily have proven admin experience with basic
levels of technical knowledge, enabling skills to read and understand technical language/jargon in
terms of Maintenance Service records. Maximo and SAP are desirable however, system training will
be available should candidates not already hold the experience
Job Description:
TfL Elizabeth Line have a 6-month requirement for 1 Infrastructure Maintenance Plant Technical
Administrator working within the Plumstead Depot Delivery Unit. Place of work is Plumstead depot.
Reports to the Infrastructure Maintenance Plant Supervisor and has some delegated authority when
covering the Supervisor during rest days, leave and training. Responsible for supporting the
Supervisor with the day to day running of the team, ensuring production is constant when the
Supervisor is engaged with management tasks.
Principle Accountabilities:
Reports to IM Plant Supervisor, with duties to include:
• PvA (Planned VS Achieved) Meeting – Weekly
• Planning Meeting – Weekly
• Morning Meeting – Daily
• Roster Gaps/Overtime – Weekly
• Route to Competence – 2 weekly
• Training Management
• Systems and procurement
o SAP Ariba including Contractors/Supplier liaison
o MAXIMO
o MyKnow
• Supporting the Delivery Supervisor in the Day-to Day
• Work Order Management through to closure (Maximo)
• Receiving 3rd Party Supplier Maintenance service sheets, recording details and
processing additional works/remedials that may arise from Planned Maintenance
• Working with Supervisor and Works Planner to support follow-up work
• Procurement of Materials and allocation to correct Maintenance Teams (SAP ARIBA)
• Raising Purchase Orders and Goods receipting (SAP ARIBA)
• Review of Method Statements and Risk Assessments
• Sign-off of Safe Work Packs under Managers Authority
• Processing Annual Leave and Over-time
