Job Title: Site Manager
Determination: Inside IR35
Rate: up to £550 per day dependant on experience

Main Purposes of Job
1.This Leading role is to assist SE work by taking the lead role coordinating all supervisors, teams and work activities on behalf of the Senior site manager / project manager.
2. Reports to Installation Manager or as required by deployment.
3. Duty of care for themselves and all individuals on site to ensure that they work safely at all times.

Key Tasks
1. Works to all applicable Siemens Energy QEHS procedures as briefed in the site induction.
2. Lead the teams assigned to all work fronts ensuring work is executed to Time, Quality & Cost. Carries out any other duties within their competence to the relevant quality / industry standards as directed by the Installation Manager.
3. Operate within timescales set out by the site management and highlight potential deviations in advance including coordinating with other work parties to ensure efficient and safe working by all.

The successful applicant will have the following:
Strong awareness of CDM, Strong leadership, strong HVDC knowledge with a strong willingness to engage with others, mentoring and coaching team members.
SMSTS, CSCS, FIRST AID, HSG47 , IOSH, TEMPORARY WORKS COORDINATOR.
Desired- Familiar with SE ways of working, Health and Safety and processes.
