Service Delivery Manager – Birmingham – 4 Month Contract
Your Role:
• To review and implement strategic projects,
• Drive the development of the Experience Strategy, implementing where appropriate.
• Working collaboratively with Head of Programmes and Portfolio ensure that the response and named activities are fit for purpose to deliver the organisation and programmes priorities.
• Provide leadership to the Community Engagement division working collaboratively with the Head of Community Engagement. Community Engagement is a large time based across England and works directly with community stakeholders and partners to promote donation.
• Working collaboratively with the Head of Community Engagement, continue to develop the Community Grants Programme, ensuring they operate and deliver effectively and that performance is monitored and shared to deliver continuous improvements.
About You:
• Experience of developing and building strategy
• Line management of hybrid teams in a range of geographical locations
• Experience of matrix and collaborative working
• Be highly articulate and credible, consistently influencing and delivering inspiring, engaging, and meaningful information regarding future direction.
• Work collaboratively with your senior team collectively and individually, accepting and owning accountability for the decisions made and offering assistance where required, even where this falls outside of your remit.
• Proactively create, leading by example, a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment.
• Foster strong professional relationships with your peers, respecting their knowledge and viewpoints whilst critically analysing outcomes to ensure that the service to donors is paramount in decision making.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and influence a robust culture of delivery.
• Able to work collaboratively in a matrix style to deliver results.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering strategy.
• Lead and develop our people in line with NHSBT core values.
• Expert skills in working collaboratively within a senior team and cross functional teams where there a range of conflicting priorities and objectives.
