£70 - £80 per hour Umbrella negotiable

Morson are supporting the recruitment of  a Programme Manager for one of our established and innovative Aerospace clients based in Bristol. They are going through a rebranding process and are looking for someone who will take ownership of all aspects of the rebrand from the IT, internal comms, to facilities. They are looking for someone able to demonstrate strong leadership, have a flair for collaborative working, and be able to drive through a programme to time and budget in a complex stakeholder environment.

The role is being offered on a contract basis inside IR35 on an initial 6-month contract. Time on site will vary depending on projects, but you must be available to work full time on site when required. The rate is negotiable, but we are looking to pay between £70 - £80 per hour Umbrella.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of a programme of interdependent projects.
• Work with the external agency delivering the website, the IT team on migration, external copywriters, the external brand agency and more.
• A programme of work will need to be planned and rolled out to re-brand all digital and physical assets.
• Manage a high-profile launch event with leaders from across government, industry and academia
• Ensuring any and all company level changes are identified and actioned.
• Coordination and implementation of the brand across internal and external assets. 
• Work with the Head of Marketing and External Comms.
• Work alongside the HR team on an internal communications campaign

Requirements

• Project/Programme management experience in the engineering industry (ideally Aerospace)
• Experience of running complex, multi-functional programmes to time, cost & quality.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects at one time across different disciplines and departments.
• Successful delivery of rebranding and / or website projects.
• Good understanding of innovation landscape including stakeholders and funding mechanisms.
